In its specialties we can find the traditional "rollito" of spring thai "poh-pia", prawn surrounded in rice paste "Khung Kiss", Kai pad met mamuang (chicken skipped with chestnuts and vegetables to the Ayutthaya style), ox to curry (tender ox to curry yellow) or prawns chu-chi (prawns to curry red).
