Cosy, warm and surprising, it emphasizes by its reinterpretada contemporary Catalan kitchen. Ours chef executive Jose Sanchez has trusted the rudder to the Chef Xavier Gruber, who shows a culinaria line to us in where all the techniques, textures and flavors have capacity.

The Syrah deals with with gentleness the world wines, has more than 200 International references to its maridaje, Nationals and, carefully chosen and recommended by our Somelier.

Between the entrants we emphasized the Rice with CAP i pota - one of plates stars of the Syrah - and the "Trinxat of the Cerdanya", with stroke and confitado pig. Others of demanded plates more are the Cochinillo with cream of almonds and peach and the potato stuffed Leg cabrito and trufa accompanied by romesco sauce.
In the section of fish, Rape with feet of pig, artichokes and oil of pumpkin pipes and Calamaries of beach to the old one conquer paladares the stuffed beach. Separate mention deserves desserts and ice creams of the restaurant. The Sponge cake of Guiness, ice cream of cherries and white chocolate shines with own light. For the coffees it can enjoy in our Bar The Living accompanied by a good habano.
