The business has developed a modern management system for each of its
different establishments.
According to strategic agreements that SAGARDI has with the best
producers from the Basque Country, we are allowed to use the
best artisan raw materials, natural, scarce in the market and quite different
from the regular offers.
A strict selection of the best young professionals from the Basque Country
Hotel and Tourism schools and a continuous professional formation in charge
of the Sagardi School, give them a high stability in
the human team and a continuous promotions of staff and work force for
the new restaurants.

In the Northeastern part of the city of Barcelona, 10 minutes from the
downtown area, in the largest open mall of Europe: La Maquinista,
we find SAGARDI Sant Andreu. The establishment is located in the first
floor of the mall, dedicated to quality catering.
It has an independent kebab bar zone, an independent dining hall and a
great terrace (inside the mall) with polarized use for dining hall as
well as conventional terrace.
A great façade of 17 linear meters, where you can use the perfectly
conditioned terrace (floating platform of Ipe wood, wooden furniture)
and a zone further away from the bar where you can enjoy an intimate dinner.
