According to strategic agreements that SAGARDI has with the best
producers from the Basque Country, we are allowed to use the
best artisan raw materials, natural, scarce in the market and quite different
from the regular offers.
A strict selection of the best young professionals from the Basque Country
Hotel and Tourism schools and a continuous professional formation in charge
of the Sagardi School, give them a high stability in
the human team and a continuous promotions of staff and work force for
the new restaurants.

At the end of the emblematic Avenue Diagonal a new residential zone has
been born: Diagonal Mar, where we found another one of
the establishments of the restoration chain. SAGARDI Diagonal Mar, is
located in the plant third of the commercial center,
in the zone of opened terrace, with views to the Mar, as much from the
interior of the premises like from both terraces.
The access is made through the terrace of the center. The premises have
an inner zone, with views to the sea, where it is possible
to be eaten thorns or letter and an outer zone (covered) prepared to eat
to the letter. The space is completed outdoors with a great terrace.
