SAGARDI
Euskal Taberna has required, for its complete implantation in the market,
of a highly qualified organizational system.
The business has developed a modern management system for each of its
different establishments.
According to strategic agreements that SAGARDI has with the best
producers from the Basque Country, we are allowed to use the
best artisan raw materials, natural, scarce in the market and quite different
from the regular offers.
A strict selection of the best young professionals from the Basque Country
Hotel and Tourism schools and a continuous professional formation in charge
of the Sagardi School, give them a high stability in
the human team and a continuous promotions of staff and work force for
the new restaurants.

In downtown Barcelona, in the Gothic Zone, we can find
one of the four SAGARDI establishments in the condal city. Two minutes
from the Ramblas, next to the historical Gothic areas with one of the
maximum exponents like the Santa Maria del Mar church, we find SAGARDI
Barcelona Gòtic.
The establishment occupies the lower level of a historical building of
the 16th Century, where, in its walls, they have found the only civil
painting exponent of Catalan gothic art.
We fan define two zones in this establishment:
The bar-tavern space, where you will find the typical
Basque country taverns (wood, stone…)
The dining room – cider area, with three “kupelas”
and the grill. A space created from the origins and characterized by the
variety of the atmospheres: wooden artisan, stone walls, vaulted zones…
that allow enjoyment of a cozy environment.
