In Matsuri we can find two restaurants in one, always watching east, one oriented to the Japanese kitchen and another one of thailandesa kitchen and Indonesia, with I touch creative and of fusion. To enjoy a plate by its impeccable presentation, the perfume of grass and spices and the mixture of flavors between I am called on sharp, sweet, acid, points of salt and the coolness of the mint.

With these principles we created the Matsuri Restaurant - Creative Kitchen of Southeast Asia. Plates like carpaccio of black codfish of Alaska, raviolis stuffed with chicken and vegetables, or vieiras to grill with sauce of heddle caviar and masago or the llubina to the steam with mushrooms skipped in mantequilla, sauce of soybean and sake.

The decoration of the premises is of atmosphere "Zen" that harmonizes a water source with furniture of Indonesia and Thailand, smooth and warm colors, natural flowers and relajante music.
