Fresh products of the orchards and Mediterranean coasts and of course our fabulous selection of pieces of cattle, arrivals directly of our own pastizales in Argentine Pampas. The extensive wine letter, with more than 200 Argentine and Spanish labels, appears like a cautivante proposal for paladares more demanding.

Combining fidelity to the roots with freedom and genius, we counted in the kitchen with Juamba Agreda and Rodrigo Vecco, a español/argentino binomial of the highest level with long experience in the best kitchens. Brave, demanding and creative, they operate the magic daily to fuse the bases of the culinaria tradition with the most original and unpublished faces of the new kitchen.

Divided in two levels, sky and earth and the stairs that unite them, Maskana restaurant occupy a singular space of authentic fusion. On Roman ruins and in front of the old market of the district of the Born in Barcelona, it is a valuable architectonic piece in itself.
