This restaurant located in Mirasol this inspired by the traditional kitchen, Eugenio Diaz its cook is known by its kitchen of quality.
Entrecot cut to the moment come from Ourense is known its plates, served to they burnish with skipped "verduritas" and garlic and parsley. Besides to serve it with all its variants as sauce to the pepper, sauce roquefort, "cabrales" or to the plate. Another singular plate is the endives to roquefort with apples and nuts.
