ELS SEGARRULLS is one masia Catalan of Century XVI authentic rural jewel of "payesía" Catalan located in front of the CASTELL d'OLERDOLA in the middle of the way between Vilafranca of the Penedés and Vilanova and the Geltrú, where the Chef, Pedro Alonso, professional of the world of "hostelería", have installed its furnaces to delight to the lovers of the good Catalan traditional kitchen.
Our plates always follow premises basic, like the use of raw materials of high quality, the olive oil use for the preparation of plates, without leaving of side an exquisite dedication in the presentation of such, having 6 halls with different atmospheres that find their place in diverse, hungry and terraces with impressive panoramic views.
In its multiple halls, small and very cosy and ampler others a genuine Catalan kitchen uses. We emphasized the toasted ones of bread of payés with tomato, garlic and escalibada oil or with the typical one to the most traditional Earth style, to which there is to add the "Calçotadas" and the Artichokes to the live coal (in season), the "Habas" to Catalan or the Codfish to llauna with beans. Between the meats the "Entrecot" of calf to the "llosa" and, of course different meats from the accompanied live coal all it with an extensive Earth wine letter. We offer menu by day and diverse menus of group, in addition to the traditional letter. |
