Santiga Castle Restaurant is located in a privileged environment with lots of history in the Vallés Occidental. Just is located in Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda, five and fifteen minutes from Sabadell Barcelona. The first references we have date back to 1389, when King Joan I turned the building into a castle "termenat". The history of the building, but much earlier. Already in the SX, there is talk of a fortress, not yet had the silhouette of the Castle Santiga we know and which is likely to remain the main walls within the existing building structure.
In our kitchen we make our dishes with fresh seasonal products for our customers to enjoy a light cuisine, healthy and varied. In the Castle of Santiga can enjoy starters like salad "cruixet" or caramelized foie mi-Ciutad with "chutney" of mango. Fish such as monkfish with pistachio sauce and cod with "all i oli" of codony, a delight for lovers of this fish. As for meat can taste the steak with foie gras or steak Poell to stone.
