  Freud B’Art is a new art gallery project where the food plays a fundamental role in the most ample definition of Art.

The idea came up two years ago, after a series of visits to different cities and observing how definite traditional centers had trespassed all types of frontiers over what they thought they were, traditionally, until being able to merge in many aspects.

Our kitchen director is Gianni Fusco, a magician of the new Mediterranean cuisine.

Some of our plates are:

autumn-winter:

Orange biscuit with black pudding, caramel onion and lemon crust oil. Marinated salmon cone with avocado and dill vinaigrette, tomato and yellow pepper “coulis”. Chicken rolls with foie with crunchy corn, balsamic vinegar essence and camembert cream,. “Escalivada” tartar over smoked codfish with basil and black olive pate. Manchego cheese cake with thyme pineapple.

spring-summer:

Watermelon “Oporto” gazpacho with “fagottini” of Iberian ham and goat cheese. Quail “terrina” and foie with mango vanilla curd, almond praline and balsamic essence. Marinated Tuna soy “sashimi” with eggplant and tahini caviar. Toffee curd with rosemary crystals, Spicy chocolate tagliatelle with lavender oil.

The average price of a dinner is about 20€. We prepare special group menus. We close on Monday and Sunday, the rest of the week we are open until 2:00am. Saturday we also open at lunch.

Besides the art collections we hang up each month, during dinner we can surprise you with a performance or punctual events, artistic or musical (DJ’s) as well.
