The restaurant, directed by chef Andrés Huarcaya, former colleague of Ferran Adriá, presents his culinary novelties in each season.

Huarcaya offers beef and fish, and five original first entrées to choose from. Capital H&R proposes, as its chef explains, a creative cuisine parting from fresh products, a fusion with Japanese, South American and Pakistani culinary touches. Also, a daily menu (12€) for surrounding zone clients. The restaurant, with capacity for 50 people, offers a family menu for Sundays and neighborhood clients.
The decoration of the room has antique photographs on the walls, with modern furniture, tableware, and colorful chinaware.

The minimalist decoration, accompanies our stay in this restaurant, where we can try exotic flavors prepared by its expert chef. You can enjoy the rooms for groups or conventions and company lunches, for reasonable prices, since they offer group menus and a season menu quite accessible and attractive.
